Welcome to Shanell’s Way Hair Studio ! To ensure the best experience for both you and your stylist, please review and follow the policies below.
📅 Booking Policy
• All appointments must be booked online or via direct message/text.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your total service cost.
• Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.
🕒 Late Policy
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will not be allowed to rebook until a 50% service fee is paid in advance.
💦 Washing Policy
• Hair must be clean and detangled unless you are booking a wash and detangle service.
• Wash and blow-dry services are available for an additional fee. Please select this option during booking.
• Clients with excessive product buildup or matted hair will be charged an extra fee or the appointment may be declined.
💇🏾 Braiding Prep
• Hair should be free of oils, gels, and edge control if not receiving a wash.
• Hair should be detangled and stretched unless you're receiving a wash & prep service.
• Add-on services such as beads, curly ends, or custom parting must be selected during booking.
🧴 Hair & Product Policy
• Hair is not included unless specified in the service description.
• If you are bringing your own hair, please ensure it is the correct brand, length, and quantity listed in the service details.
• Professional products are used for washing and scalp care. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
👧🏾 Children & Extra Guests
• No extra guests unless being serviced.
• Children are welcome only if they are the client being serviced.
💵 Payment Policy
• Remaining balance is due in cash, Cash App, Zelle, at the time of service.
• No checks accepted.
